LES ATELIERS DE CHAPO
After spending 5 years at the Atelier National du Point d’Alençon (national needlepoint lace workshop), Charlène Poret is now an embroiderer, lacemaker and dyer. She makes unique bespoke items, and offers Textile Arts training sessions and conferences for the public at large in the aim of showcasing and preserving this precious craftsmanship which, in some cases, has been recognised as UNESCO World Heritage.

LE PETIT CHOCOLATIER
Olivier Viel is a chocolate lover who selects his cocoa beans directly from the plantation before roasting them and transforming them into an exceptional chocolate. His boutique sells chocolate in every form: sweets, chocolate assortments, bars of chocolate and chocolate sculptures. Throughout the year, you can attend workshops to learn how to make chocolates and macaroons.

LA FERME CIDRICOLE DESFRIÈCHES
Corinne and Hugues Desfrièches welcome you to their farm standing among a 10-hectare apple and pear orchard. They use traditional methods to make apple juice, pear juice, dry and medium-dry cider, Normandy AOC pommeau (aged for at least 4 years), white brandy and AOC calvados (aged up to 30+ years).
